Bill's Aching for More Stand Up Paddle Action |

Bill's stand up paddleboard has been collecting dust for a few days because of some sore ribs, and that brother is anxious. And to top it off, he got one of those bugs that's been going around the country. Brother got sick. Last I heard, he's on the rebound and may even be up for another Pure Stoke Radio Session today. I seriously think that every family I know has picked up some sort of bug over the last month or two. Especially over here in Hawaii, when one person gets sick, it seems like we all get sick. One guy over in Kaaawa sneezes, the trade winds blow and everyone in Makaha catches a cold. It's part of living on the island I guess. Thank fully most people that I know just got the sniffles instead of that nasty flu, but I know that it's lurking out there as well. I just wanted to wish everyone good health. I saw one of those heat maps of where the flu is dominating areas of the US, and it's everywhere. So, keep exercising and drink your orange juice my friends because Spring is on the way and the flu season will be over in no time.
