The interview with Makaha waterman and lifeguard, Mel Pu'u is now ready and live on www.supsurfmag.com in the video section. What a privilige it truly was to meet up with Mel and learn about Makaha in the early days as well as the story behind the Shaka Pu'u stand up paddle. I was running the camera with a huge smile on my face, absolutely stoked on all the history and insights that Mel was sharing with us. It wasn't easy to keep my composure throughout the interview and not laught right along with them. I sure hope that everyone enjoys the interview and has as much fun watching it as we had being there and filming the whole thing.
