BRANT BEACH, NJ, SEPTEMBER 5, 2009: Kayak "fun race", Stand Up Paddling (SUP) “fun race” and windsurfing “fun race” all on Sunday September 13, 2009. Event will be held on Long Beach Island (Brandt Beach, NJ) at Bayview Park. We'll also have a limited enrollment Sea Kayak clinic as well as SUP clinic. Registration is $25 and includes lunch. Register online at http://www.windsurfnj.org/racing/racing.htm. The event begins at 9:30 (registration) with clinics and races throughout the day. Specific times of events will be weather dependent.
Event is being sponsored by Island Beach Surf and Sail and organized by New Jersey Windsurfing and Watersports Association. Each “fun race” will have two divisions (Men’s and Women’s). Awards to top three finishers in each division. Rain date is the following Sunday (9/20).
