Final Race Slated to take place on the
Gulf behind Bud & Alley’s in Seaside, Florida
Santa Rosa Beach, Fla.
– The final race in the 2008 YOLO Board Stand-Up Paddle
Series is scheduled for Thursday, September 18, 2008, at 6 pm on the Gulf
behind Bud & Alley’s in Seaside. The
Santa Rosa Beach, Fla.-based paddleboard company has received a dedicated
following at each of the four race events to date drawing hundreds of enthusiastic
spectators and 14 participating teams vying for the champion title “YOLO Board
Cup Series.”
Team Aqua Surf Shop is leading
the men’s division with 38 points and Team YOLO Women is ahead of the women’s
division with 34 points. Participating
teams in the 2008 YOLO Board Stand-Up Paddle Series include: Men’s division - Aqua
Surf Shop, YOLO Men, RYNO, Surfrider, Sunset Beach Services, Destin Health
& Fitness Club, ROV, Kitty Hawk Kites and Amavida; Women's division - YOLO Women,
Walton Wahines, YOLOlitas, Kitty Hawk Kites and WaterBabes.
