In the spirit of sportsmanship and aloha, stand up paddle surfers arrived worldwide for the C4 Waterman/Honolua Surf Co. stand up paddle surf competition. With Pro, Amateur, Women's, and Junior divisions stand up paddle entries were double what they were last year. Surfers enjoyed 4-6 man heats for 20-30 minutes. Consistent surf provided plenty of waves for everyone. It seems that with every SUP event the pioneers of the sport are always at the top of their game and at the same time new stars are born as talented surfers lay it all on the line to score points from the judges. After two full days of clean surf and SUP action, here's our photo recap.
