Surf n Sea has done it again. Saturday the 5th of September was their End Of Summer Full Moon Paddle, filled with good food, good music, good people and even better vibes. The back of Surf n Sea was all lit up with a nice band playing mellow tunes that set the vibe as soon as people arrived for a great night on the water. The Joe Green Band got everybody feeling good, while the killer food got everybody feeling full and ready to rock. Once everyone was settled, the paddle began.
Flowing down the river with various vessels, all lit up with glow sticks and flashlights, was quite a scene. The moon was full and glowing bright white, creating the perfect spotlight for the 40+ paddlers headed up the Anahulu river for the 4th time this summer. The first paddle was June, and quickly turned into a regular thing for Surf n Sea’ers and North Shore locals alike. From beginner’s to advanced paddlers, everybody was stoked and having a great time. Once out from the river, the adventurous of the group headed out to Pua’ena Pt. guided by the expert Surf n Sea staff around the rock and back to base camp.
Once back on dry land all the paddlers plus their family and friends were greeted by another round of irie beach tunes. Those able to stay awake shut the place down around midnight. Everybody slowly packed up and made their way home, heads filled with spectacular images from the full moon scene, and a handful of new friends and acquaintances to join them on their next adventures.
Surf n Sea has always and continues to amaze and please their friends with exciting events, and atmosphere for everybody to enjoy. Don’t be a stranger, this is how you get there!! www.surf-n-sea.com
