Stand up paddle fitness trainer, Nikki Gregg, has been on national tour white water stand up padding and teaching stand up paddle fitness boot camps in lakes across the country. According to Nikki, "there's nothing worse than a boring workout!". Stand up paddling seems to be the silver bullet cure.

Coming in November, Nikki will have a regular column in Stand Up Paddle Surfing Magazine entitled, "NRG Stand Up Paddle Fitness by Nikki Gregg". We are excited to have her come on board and share her knowledge of fitness and training applied to stand up paddling.

According to Nikki, she was raised to be the energetic girl she is thanks to her parents who instilled in her the desire and knowledge to pursue a life of healthy living. From her beginnings as a gym rat at age 14 to the growth of NRG Lifestyle Fitness Training, Nikki has been on the cutting edge of personal fitness training.
