My Aloha Paddle Sports & Fitness now offers Paddle Fusion. Summer classes are up and running on Lake Norman just a few miles north of Charlotte, N.C. Paddle Fusion is a creative water fitness class which allows you to enjoy  paddleboarding while experiencing the benefits of  a high intensity workout. The class combines Stand Up Paddleboarding, core strengthening and yoga. Dana Slagle, one of the PaddleFit Certified instructors says “the demand for a paddleboard fitness type class on Lake Norman has been overwhelming which is why The My Aloha team is thrilled to offer this water work out for the mind, body and soul!”. Rob Bennett, the owner of My Aloha, wanted to make sure the class was structured to be challenging but fun. You don’t have to be a Yoga expert or a wizard on a paddleboard to benefit from  Paddle Fusion. The instructors will assist each person in improving and reaching their next goal.  Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7:30 p.m. and Saturday mornings at 8:30-10:00 a.m. at Ramsey Creek Park in Cornelius, N.C. Participants have the option to bring their own board or rent one through My Aloha. If you would like to sign up for a class just call My Aloha at (704) 526-8432 or email Rob Bennett at  This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Love it and so delightful to see SUP in NC.
I lived in Rockwell, NC, close to Salisbury, NC for 10 years and if these classes had been offered then I would have definitely been there.
Love the Lake Norman area.
Best of luck to you.
