We just received an email from Chris Koerner in California. Next weekend he'll be participating in the SurfAid Paddle for Humanity at Dana Point. SurfAid is a non-profit organization that focuses on bringing sustainable solutions to remote areas of the world that suffer from detrimental environmental and health related issues.

Chris Koerner April 27, 2009 12.99.253.123	Mahalo for posting up and the donation Nate - don't forget to claim it on your 2009 taxes! Actually this event is for ANYBODY. There's a 2 mile recreational paddle and a 6 mile race. They even have loaner boards available. It's real easy to register and send out e-mail requests for donations. A little good karma can go a long way on your next third would surf adventure.
