Ok have spent ages reading and re reading reviews etc. As a windsurfer I am a fan of Starboard kit as it is usually well though through but the Mistral Pacifico Windsurf seems to get good reviews, esp here http://www.kitforsale.com/news-189.html and in the follow up review.

It seems to be a reasonable compromise across the three disciplines - I will never backloop a windsurfer, ride a 20ft wave or paddle across the English Channel - so I figured that this may be the baby for me - any help, advice, warnings or encouragement gratefully received.

Am in the UK and don't get to the coast as much as I would like (kids!!) so just want to have fun whatever the conditions.

It also means I can reduce the kit on the roof of my campervan by a mahoosive amount.
