Hi all,
I tried SUP on Maui this winter and had a lot of fun also expecially as a fun work out tool, but unfortunately could only do it for 2 day's (catched some little waves but was mainly paddling around).
Now being home again I think about buying a board mainly for the use on lakes (I'm to much inland for the board seeing ocean waves realistically) and as an outdoor exercise fun tool (plan to use it also in the winter times at cold temperatures as long as the lakes do not get frozen).
Is there good experience on some boards for just cruising around?
The only waves we would get would be windwaves, but then I would get my windusrfing gear out (also the wind waves are short like on all lakes I guess, so difficult to catch without touching the one in front).
