Shaper, Dave Parmenter, tells us all about the new 9-3 C4 Waterman Sub-Vector high performance stand up paddle surfboard. According to Dave, "put away all the crockery and glassware because the sonic booms do tend to break those things... Once you light the fire on this thing it pretty much takes off, stratosphere."
